Shipping and Returns

DURING CURRENT SALE PERIOD, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR PRIOR ADJUSTMENTS.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. ALL SHIPPED ORDERS (ONLINE OR IN-STORE) HAVE A FLATE RATE FEE OF $25.00 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED, DELIVERIES ARE ESTIMATED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 1 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

SHIPMENTS TO HAWAII AND ALASKA MAY HAVE INCREASED COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES.

 

RETURN POLICY

1. FULL REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED TO RETURN REQUESTS MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE MERCHANDISE RECEIPT DATE. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH APPROPRIATE TAGS ATTACHED.

2. STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO RETURN REQUESTS MADE AFTER 10 AND BEFORE 30 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE MERCHANDISE RECEIPT DATE. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH APPROPRIATE TAGS ATTACHED.

3. PURCHASES THEREAFTER ARE FINAL SALE.

4. ALL CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

RETURN REQUEST

1. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH SALES@YEOHLEE.COM

2. WHEN REQUESTING FOR A RETURN, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, ITEM DESCRIPTION, DATE OF PURCHASE/MERCHANDISE RECEIVED DATE, TOTAL AMOUNT PAID, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL.

3. AFTER REQUESTS ARE MADE, A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED WHICH THE CUSTOMER MUST USE TO SHIP BACK THE RETURN ITEM.

4. IF APPLICABLE, FULL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RETURN ITEM IS RECEIVED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH APPROPRIATE TAGS ATTACHED.
