YEOHLEE draws inspiration from an infatuation with the work of Robert Mallet-Stevens and the awe-inspiring
engineering of suspension bridges, particularly the flawless rope bridges that have three support cables held up
by the stays. They become elements of the collection in suspension dresses, cable wrap pouffes, and
Victorian bathing suits, as shown in looks 29, 32 and 7.
The collection is comprised of a wide range of fabrics in contrasting weights, from white gossamer cotton to
black double face wool. Colors for the season are earth tones, forest greens, black and shades of white. Nano-
Tex technology was applied to the fabric in look 22, a cable dress in a very delicate silk tattersall, made stain
and spill resistant. Yeohlee continues to dress the urban nomad, incorporating new technology into
the collection in an effort to increase the functional and utilitarian nature of her work.
This season, YEOHLEE introduces knitwear, a new category, and shoes - the first accessory.
